Bureau opening brief
Sproule, Eithne. 71. Attorney, the last partner of Sproule & Tveit, 23 Wick Street, Ashport, forty-six years on the street. Found at 10:36 on a Thursday night in April, nearly three years ago, by the night porter of a bank on Wick Street, on the sidewalk of the hill above the corner of Rope Walk. The Ashport coroner's office: struck by a vehicle; death within minutes. Window 9:30 PM to 10:30 PM. Rain all night, no camera on the hill, and the car did not stop. Worked as a driver unknown and filed open. The firm closed the next day. Her phone went to property locked. The lab has opened it. This year Ashport records asked the bar association for the firm's closing papers. Her list stands. Three names. -V
