Terms of Use

These terms govern use of Somatry, provided by Viral App Labs LLC. By downloading or using the game, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the game. Any rights you have under applicable consumer law remain in place.

We grant a personal, non-commercial, non-transferable licence to use Somatry on devices you own or control, subject to these terms. The App Store's own licence terms also apply. The game is licensed, not sold.

Purchases are one-time and non-consumable. There are no subscriptions. Purchases are handled by the App Store under its terms.

Refunds are requested through the App Store under its policies. Restore a purchase in the app by opening a locked case and choosing Restore purchases on the store screen. Use the same store account used for the original purchase.

Every case is a work of fiction. Names, places and events are invented, and any resemblance to real people, places or events is coincidental. The game includes mature themes, with deaths off-page and clinical descriptions. Deaths are never shown.

© Viral App Labs LLC. The game's text, art, design and software belong to Viral App Labs LLC or its licensors. Do not copy, extract or redistribute the game's text or art without permission, except as applicable law allows.

Use the game lawfully. Do not interfere with its operation, bypass purchase controls, distribute modified copies or use it commercially without permission. These restrictions do not limit activities that applicable law expressly permits.

We may update the game to fix problems, improve compatibility or change features. Availability can depend on device and system compatibility. Future content, if any, is offered separately and is never promised by date. Changes do not remove rights granted by applicable consumer law.

We take reasonable care in providing the game, but cannot promise that it will always be available or free from errors. To the extent permitted by law, the game is provided as available, without additional warranties.

We are responsible for foreseeable loss caused by our failure to use reasonable care or comply with these terms. We are not responsible for unforeseeable loss or business losses arising from personal use of the game. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability or consumer right that the law does not allow us to limit.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. Any mandatory consumer protections and rights to bring a claim in your home jurisdiction continue to apply.

We may update these terms and will publish the revised version here with a new effective date. We will give notice of material changes where required by law. Changes will not retrospectively remove rights that have already arisen.
