Dr. Bell: homicide, signs of a struggle, window 9:00 to 11:00 the night before. Three neighbors put the crash at half past nine. The original team worked from that and charged nobody. Her phone was locked. It went to property unread. The lab opened it last month. It keeps network time. Three names. -V
